Quality down to the last detail

For us, quality isn't just a buzzword, it is the objective in everything we do. As caravan enthusiasts are becoming more demanding we are improving our design, sourcing materials and production processes. We know what our customers are looking for: durable products, perfectly made.

We separate profiles and fill them with a special synthetic resin that acts as a barrier to the cold bridge from the exterior frame and supports the high k-value offered by the PU foam pressed into the door. This brings together the advantages of aluminium construction and those of plastics products and allows a high number of variants. The result is a range of robust, lightweight products with excellent thermal insulation properties.

By using high-compression, closed-cell PU foam, we ensure that our doors receive the lifelong "pretension" required to ensure they remain absolutely watertight wherever they are used. However, this is not at the expense of weight: an average HARTAL door weighs only approximately 8 kg – an extremely low figure in the caravan sector, and one that benefits the end user with increased load limits.
