    Viel Freiraum, Verantwortung, Vertrauen und ein offener Umgang mit Fehlern – deswegen fühle ich mich sehr wohl bei HARTAL und komme jeden Tag gerne ins Büro!

    Ich bin Cecile,19 Jahre alt und habe im August 2023 meine Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau bei HARTAL angefangen. An meinen ersten Tagen hier wurde ich sehr herzlich aufgenommen, sodass ich mich seit Tag Eins sehr wohl bei HARTAL fühle. 

    Obwohl ich gerade mal 4 Wochen hier bin, konnte ich schon eine Menge Eindrücke in den Beruf einer Industriekauffrau erlangen und zahlreiche Aufgaben im Bereich der Auftragssteuerung bearbeiten. Dabei gefällt mir, dass meine Ausbilder mir viel Freiraum, Vertrauen und Verantwortung bieten – genau wie Raum für Fehler und die Möglichkeit, daraus zu lernen. Am meisten haben mich bisher aber die Azubi-Sitzungen beeindruckt, die einmal im Monat stattfinden und in denen sich die Ausbilder Zeit nehmen, um unsere Wünsche und Fragen zu besprechen und gemeinsam mit uns eventuelle Probleme zu lösen. 

    Das gibt es nicht in jedem Unternehmen und zeigt, wie wichtig HARTAL das Wohl der Auszubildenden ist! Mein Fazit: Wenn du eine Ausbildung suchst, wo du dich sicher aufgehoben fühlst, wo immer jemand ein offenes Ohr für dich hat und wo du eine Menge lernen und eigenständig arbeiten kannst, dann bist du bei HARTAL genau richtig.

    Durch den direkten Austausch mit den unterschiedlichen Arbeitsbereichen und der Möglichkeit, jederzeit selbst in die Fertigungsstätte zu gehen um bei Aufgaben zu unterstützen, erhält man einen ganzheitlichen Einblick, der gestützt wird durch die Erfahrungen der Kolleg:innen. So erweitert man jeden Tag seinen Erfahrungshorizont.

    Ich bin Josse und bin nach meiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann und meinem zeitgleichen Studium im Bereich Business Administration seit Juni 2023 fester Teil des operativen Einkaufsteams von HARTAL. Auf meinem Weg dorthin hatte ich die Möglichkeit, mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und dem entsprechenden Vertrauen seitens der Kolleg:innen, 

    selbstständig an Projekten zu arbeiten, den Wertschöpfungsprozess eines mittelständischen Produktionsunternehmens ganzheitlich zu begleiten und dabei die vielfältigen Tätigkeitsbereiche von HARTAL kennenzulernen. Durch die direkte Kopplung der verwaltenden Abteilungen an die produktionsbezogenen Arbeitsbereiche und den stetigen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen habe ich dabei eine neue Sichtweise auf verschiedene Bereiche erhalten und gelernt, ebenso lösungsorientiert wie strukturiert an verschiedensten Aufgaben im Team zu arbeiten. 

    Was mir bei HARTAL besonders gefällt: Die offene Kommunikationskultur, die die Kompetenz eines jeden Einzelnen fördert und für ein positives Arbeitsklima sorgt. Durch das gemeinsame Leben von Prinzipien wie Wertschätzung und Zuverlässigkeit durch alle Ebenen und das große Spektrum an Aufgaben, schafft HARTAL den Freiraum für die Erweiterung der persönlichen Fähigkeiten und bietet gleichzeitig die spannende Möglichkeit, gemeinsam an Herausforderungen zu wachsen.

    Vom Produktionshelfer zum Auszubildenden als Industriemechaniker – bei HARTAL kein Problem. Das Beste an meinem Wechsel: Der Freiraum, den ich jetzt als Auszubildender habe! Ich kann mich selbst ausprobieren und habe gleichzeitig die Chance, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und viel über die Arbeit eines Industriemechanikers zu lernen. Win-Win.

    Ich bin Mateusz, 21 Jahre alt und habe im August 2023 meine Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker bei HARTAL angefangen. Meine Reise mit HARTAL hat aber schon viel früher begonnen – und zwar 2021 als Produktionshelfer. 

    Hier habe ich nicht nur die Prozesse und Menschen bei HARTAL kennen und schätzen gelernt, sondern gleichzeitig gemerkt, dass ich noch mehr für die Zukunft lernen will und noch vielseitigere Aufgabenbereiche entdecken möchte. Deswegen habe ich mich für einen Wechsel zum Auszubildenden als Industriemechaniker entschieden. Eine gute Wahl bisher: Jeden Tag gibt es unterschiedliche Aufgaben zu erledigen und Neues zu lernen, ich habe viel Freiraum bei meinen Aufgaben, und Zusammenhalt und Spaß im Team sind bei uns Alltag. 

    Mein Fazit: Wer abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mag und Lust hat, etwas für die Zukunft zu lernen, der ist als Auszubildender bei HARTAL genau richtig!

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Das Beste für mich war der große kreative Freiraum, den ich bei der Gestaltung der Website hatte. Dabei konnte ich mich nicht nur kreativ austoben, sondern hatte gleichzeitig die Chance, viel Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

    Win-Win also.

    Ich bin Maxi, 25 Jahre alt und habe im Mai 2023 mein
    3-monatiges Praktikum im Business Development bei HARTAL angefangen. Nach mehreren Konzern-Praktika sollte es zwischen Master-Abschluss und Berufseinstieg nochmal in den Mittelstand gehen – für neue Eindrücke und Erfahrungen. 

    Bei HARTAL gab es davon jede Menge: Beauftragt mit dem Projekt „Optimierung Recruiting“ und von der Analyse des Status Quo über die Entwicklung einer Strategie bis hin zur Neugestaltung der Karrierewebsite habe ich schnell gemerkt, was die Arbeit hier so spannend macht: Verantwortung von Tag Eins an, flache Hierarchien, Hands-on-Mentalität, großer Gestaltungsfreiraum,, kurze Entscheidungswege. Vertrauen, Wertschätzung und Team-Zusammenhalt – egal ob in Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitern aus der Produktion oder der Geschäftsführung. 

    Bei HARTAL war kein Tag wie der andere und ich konnte in jedem anderen Bereich mitwirken, der mich neben meinem Projekt interessiert hat. Mein Highlight: Der kreative Freiraum, den ich bei all meinen Aufgaben hatte. Mein Fazit: Mittelstand bei HARTAL ist spannend – für alle, die neue Herausforderungen suchen und viel lernen wollen.

    Mit meinem Vorpraktikum bei HARTAL konnte ich vor allem Eines: Wertvolle erste Erfahrungen im technischen Bereich sammeln, dir mir bei meinem jetzt anstehenden Wirtschaftsingenieur-Studium sicher von Nutzen sein werden.

    Ich bin Leon, 18 Jahre alt und habe dieses Jahr mein Abitur abgeschlossen. Als Vorbereitung und Zulassungsvoraussetzung für mein Wirtschaftsingenieur-Studium an der RWTH Aachen mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, habe ich bei HARTAL mein sechswöchiges Vorpraktikum inkl. meines technischen Grundpraktikums absolviert. 

    Aufgrund der vielen verschiedenen Fertigungsverfahren, die im Unternehmen eingesetzt werden, hat sich HARTAL bestens dafür geeignet. Ich wurde in der Qualitätssicherung eingesetzt und konnte dort viele verschiedene Eindrücke aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen gewinnen, egal ob es um die verschiedenen Messverfahren zum Prüfen von Musteraufträgen oder die unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen zum Prüfen der Qualität und zum Ausbessern von bestehenden Mängeln ging. 

    Besonders gefallen hat mir dabei, dass ich viele Dinge selbständig erledigen konnte, wie etwa das Betreuen der Teststände, das Prüfen von Teilen sowie das Erstellen von den entsprechenden Prüfberichten. Außerdem waren alle meine Kollegen sehr nett und hilfsbereit, was den Arbeitsalltag sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich allen, die erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln oder sich im technischen Bereich weiterbilden wollen, ein Praktikum bei HARTAL nur empfehlen kann.

    Engagement und Eigeninitiative werden bei HARTAL mit Verantwortung und Vertrauen belohnt – und mit spannenden Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.

    Ich bin Ewald, 25 Jahre alt und mittlerweile schon 4,5 Jahre bei HARTAL. Mein Weg hier startete mit einem Pflichtpraktikum für die Uni und wurde mit einer Stelle als Werkstudent im Bereich Controlling/IT fortgeführt, die sogar eine unternehmensbezogene Bachelor- sowie Masterarbeit beinhaltete. Jetzt bin ich seit Januar 2023 in Vollzeit als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung eingestellt. 

    Ganz schön viel HARTAL. Wieso bin ich geblieben? HARTAL hat mich mit seiner Vielfältigkeit und dem Mut zum Wandel überzeugt. Alle Aufgaben, die ich während meiner Zeit hier übernommen habe, hatten wirklich einen Impact. Man sieht die Ergebnisse seiner Arbeit und erhält dafür direkt Feedback. So habe ich im Praktikum einen ERP-Systemwechsel unterstützt und vorbereitet. Als Werkstudent habe ich mich dann mit der Optimierung der neu konzipierten Geschäftsprozesse beschäftigt. 

    Besonders viel Spaß gemacht haben mir dabei die Arbeitsatmosphäre (Stichwort: echtes Familienunternehmen) und die ständig wechselnden Aufgaben mit ihren unzähligen Herausforderungen. Arbeiten bei HARTAL ist nie langweilig!
